1. teacher: add new notice

   1. add new notice
      • select john_ho@school.com from student list
      • fill subject A warm greetings from teacher(REQUIRED !!!)
      • fill content Hello welcome to the class (REQUIRED !!!)
   2. click add button

2. student:

   1. on dashboard page
      • new notice found (notice count on left side bar notice button +1)
   2. click notice button on left side bar
   3. read new notice
      • click read button
   4. click back
   5. new notice remains = 1
